About the role

Shape the Future of Power-Aware Chip Design

Keysight EDA is seeking a passionate and highly driven Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the evolution of PowerArtist, our industry-leading RTL power analysis, optimization, and power signoff platform used by the world's top semiconductor companies.

This is an opportunity to own a strategic product that directly influences the design of next-generation AI, HPC, mobile, automotive, and datacenter chips. You will work at the intersection of technology, business strategy, customer success, and product innovation, driving solutions that solve some of the most complex power challenges in semiconductor design.

Responsibilities

  • • Define and execute the product roadmap and strategy for PowerArtist.
  • • Work closely with agile software development teams, including R&D engineers, architects, and engineering managers, to deliver innovative product capabilities.
  • • Engage directly with leading semiconductor companies to understand their challenges, requirements, and future technology needs.
  • • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer priorities remain at the center of product decisions.
  • • Translate customer and market requirements into product features, user stories, and development priorities.
  • • Drive discussions ranging from product strategy and business opportunities to detailed technical implementation tradeoffs.
  • • Refine and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value and business impact.
  • • Lead product release planning and execution of schedule-driven software deliveries.
  • • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and application engineering teams to develop compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • • Create customer-facing presentations, technical collateral, and product launch materials.
  • • Deliver training to sales and application engineering teams on product capabilities, workflows, and customer value propositions.
  • • Represent Keysight at customer meetings, executive briefings, user conferences, and industry events.
  • • Influence the future direction of low-power design and verification methodologies across the semiconductor industry.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product and business strategies.
  • • Passion for customer success and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Desired Qualifications
  • • Knowledge of RTL power analysis, power estimation, and power optimization methodologies.
  • • Understanding of low-power design techniques including clock gating, activity analysis, power architecture validation, and power efficiency optimization.
  • • Familiarity with RTL-to-gate power analysis and power signoff workflows.
  • • Experience with PowerArtist or similar power analysis and optimization tools.
  • • Understanding of power challenges in AI, HPC, datacenter, networking, automotive, and mobile semiconductor designs.
  • • Experience in semiconductor EDA software product management, product ownership, or technical leadership roles.
  • • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Product Owner responsibilities.
  • • Experience with Jira or similar application lifecycle management tools.
  • • Experience defining product roadmaps and delivering schedule-driven software solutions.
  • • Ability to balance customer requirements, technical constraints, and business priorities.
  • • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills.
  • California pay range: MIN $149,850 - MAX $249,750
