As a Product Manager in AI Infrastructure platforms, you are an integral part of
the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product
life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the
customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.
Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you
guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure
top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability,
resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Leveraging
your expertise in product strategy and execution, you guide successful launches,
gather actionable feedback, and champion continuous improvement to exceed client
expectations. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and
regulatory compliance, you collaborate closely with cross-functional partners,
to deliver robust, sustainable products that empower innovation and competitive
advantage.
Job responsibilities
* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to
customers
* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions
and integrate them into the product roadmap
* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to
support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as
cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
* Define and communicate a compelling product vision for the AI Infrastructure
Platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Drive long-term
strategy for scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure that supports model
training, inference, and experimentation
* Conduct ongoing discovery and market analysis to uncover emerging customer
requirements, regulatory trends, and technology advancements. Integrate
insights into the product roadmap to ensure relevance and differentiation
* Maintain and prioritize a dynamic product backlog that enables agile
development and supports the strategic roadmap. Ensure backlog items reflect
customer value, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements
* Build and manage frameworks to track key product success metrics, including
cost optimization, feature adoption, risk posture, reliability, and
regulatory adherence. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions
and demonstrate value
* Partner with Engineering and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless
end-to-end user experience. Foster a culture of customer advocacy and
continuous improvement across teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a
relevant domain area
* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data
analytics
* Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery,
ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value
management
* Experience driving strategy for long-term sustainability and execution within
available resources
* Strong customer advocacy and ability to translate user needs into actionable
product features
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex
organization
* Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
* Prior experience delivering AI infrastructure products for internal
enterprise clients
* Prior experience with GPU workloads
* Prior experience with compute workload scheduling systems
* Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
* Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams to deliver
comprehensive solutions
