Job Overview
We're hiring a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support the organization's enterprise network infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining a highly available, secure, and scalable network environment across corporate offices, cloud environments, and remote users. The Senior Network Engineer partners with IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications teams to deliver reliable network services and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Networking
- Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity
- Administer Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and firewall technologies
- Maintain high availability and network resilience
- Network Security
- Implement segmentation, ACLs, secure remote access, and firewall policies
- Partner with Information Security on vulnerability remediation
- Cloud & Hybrid Networking
- Support Azure networking, ExpressRoute/VPN connectivity, and hybrid networking
- Support Microsoft GCC/GCC High networking where applicable
- Operations & Monitoring
- Monitor performance and capacity
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain network documentation and standard
- Projects & Collaboration
- Lead network upgrades and modernization
- Work with vendors and managed service providers
- Mentor junior engineers
Requirements
- and Qualifications
- Must-have Qualifications
- 8–12 years of enterprise networking experience
- Strong Cisco routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and firewall experience
- Experience with Azure networking and hybrid connectivity
- Strong TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and network security knowledge
- Experience with enterprise monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft GCC/GCC High
- Experience with Palo Alto or Fortinet firewalls
- Experience with Cisco ISE
- Network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
- Relevant certifications like CCNP, CCIE or Azure Network Engineer is a plus

- $118,100—$177,200 USD
