Business Developer Specialist Senior Department: Delivery Employment Type: Full Time Location: Peru Description We are looking for a Senior Business Developer Specialist in Peru to lead the highest-priority growth initiatives of inDrive's Delivery business.

This position owns strategic, revenue, demand and expansion-driving initiatives with a high degree of autonomy: defining priorities, leading projects end to end, analyzing results, and being responsible for all projects that are key to business growth, while guiding peers and turning advanced analysis into decisions that shape the business across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Own high-priority, revenue and expansion-driving initiatives, being responsible for all projects that are key to business growth.
• Define priorities and lead projects end to end, from strategy to execution, analyzing results and driving impact.
• Lead the expansion roadmap into new cities: opportunity sizing, go-to-market, launch, and scaling.
• Set the analytical framework: perform advanced analysis, apply SQL, and create dashboards to structure ambiguous problems and build decision models.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant business impact.
• Develop and manage partnerships and initiatives that strengthen supply and demand.
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (Marketing, M.E, Supply, etc) and leadership.
• Guide and support peers, raising the analytical and execution bar.
• Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 4+ years of experience in business development, operations, strategy, or business/data analysis, with a proven track record of leading initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Bachelor's degree in a similar field (engineering, business, economics, management).
• Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy, owning end to end results with minimal supervision.
• Advanced data analysis skills: SQL knowledge, dashboard creation, and the ability to structure ambiguous problems and build decision models.
• Advanced use Looker Studio, Google Sheet, Docs and SQL are a must.
• Advanced project management skills, leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant business impact.
• Experience launching or scaling operations in new markets or cities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in delivery, ride-hailing, logistics, Start-ups, or mobility is strongly preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
