Data Scientist

IFAB Corp is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to

transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex

datasets, develop predictive models, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• * Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple
• sources
• * Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems
• * Generate insights and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and
• actionable manner
• * Build dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators
• (KPIs)
• * Collaborate with business units (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) to
• identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
• * Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business initiatives
• * Automate data processes and improve data pipelines for efficiency
• * Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained

Qualifications

• * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics,
• or related field (Master’s preferred)
• * Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, or predictive modeling
• * Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
• * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• * Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques
• * Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
• * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
