About the role

What will you do at Human Delta?

We are looking for a Design Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to own the end-to-end design and front-end development of our enterprise AI products. You'll be the sole design voice at a fast-growing startup whose customers include Disney, ESPN, and Paramount — shaping how complex AI workflows look, feel, and ship in production. What will you be doing?

Own the UI/UX for Human Delta's new evals product — designing and building enterprise-grade interfaces for non-technical users like customer support and IT teams Take rough ideas and customer feedback from wireframe to production-ready UI, working directly alongside founders and engineers Build and maintain reusable components and design-system patterns that set the visual standard for the entire product Occasionally build full-stack features and internal tools to improve developer experience across the team Lead design direction independently — there is no design lead above you; you are the design function
