What will you do at Honeywell Technologies?
As a Product Manager Utility Digitization here at Honeywell, you will lead the
development and execution of product strategies that drive the digital
transformation of utility operations. You will be at the forefront of innovating
solutions that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and customer
engagement within the utility sector.
You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our
Houston, TX or Lincolnshire, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.

- collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product
- lifecycle management and market adoption.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- * Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for utility
- digitization solutions aligned with business objectives.
- * Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams to define
- product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
- * Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to
- identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancements.
- * Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize product performance, customer
- satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- * Manage product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and
- continuous improvement.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- YOU MUST HAVE
- * 5 or more years of experience in product management within the gas utility or
- energy sector, focusing on digital solutions and technology innovation.
- * Strong knowledge of gas utility industry trends, digital transformation, and
- smart grid technologies.
- * 5 or more years of experience in product lifecycle management, market
- analysis, and customer-centric product development.
- * Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and
- data analytics tools relevant to gas utility digitization.
- WE VALUE
- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead
- cross-functional teams.
- * Experience with IoT, cloud platforms, and data-driven product innovation is
- highly desirable.
- * Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and drive change effectively.

- The annual base salary range for this position in California, New Jersey, New
- York, Massachusetts, and Washington State (excluding most major metropolitan
- areas), and anywhere in Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine,
- Minnesota, Vermont, Maryland and Virginia is <$138,000-$175,000>. For
- Washington, DC, and most major metropolitan areas in California, New Jersey, New
- York, Massachusetts, and Washington State, the annual base salary range is
- <$158,000-$200,000 $>. Please note that this salary information serves as a
- general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,
- including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position,
- the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as
- market and business considerations.
