About the role

What will you do at Honeywell?

As the Lead IT Architect in the HR Technology Domain, you will play a pivotal

role in shaping the architecture landscape within the Information Systems domain

to support HR business processes. Your responsibilities will include developing

and maintaining architecture in alignment with Enterprise Architecture

guidelines and standards, defining strategic roadmaps, and collaborating with

stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of key business and IT

initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the integration of Oracle Integration

Cloud and the usage of AI/ML technologies to drive data-driven decision-making

and enhance HR processes.

You will report directly to our Director, IT and you’ll work out of our

Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to

work 100% onsite M-F
