What will you do at Harper?

We are looking for a Product Engineer with 4+ years of experience to own KPIs end-to-end and build AI-powered solutions that directly drive business outcomes at a lightning-fast pace. You'll work closely with business and operations teams at an AI-native insurance brokerage that's grown 100x in the past year, translating real problems into scalable products that ship the same week. What will you be doing?

Owning one or multiple business KPIs and driving measurable improvements through AI-powered product features Working directly with non-technical stakeholders (sales, service, underwriting) to identify problems and design scalable solutions Building and shipping agentic AI systems, architectures (RAGs, MCPs), and automation across the full stack Supporting live production systems with on-call responsibilities Moving at hourly speed — prototyping, shipping, and iterating on features in hours, not days or weeks
