What will you do at Hadrius?
This is a hands-on full-time role as an AI Engineering Lead, located onsite in New York, NY. You will work directly with the founding team to design and build the future of the financial system, fully developing and owning all of our AI efforts. We pride ourselves on having a hands off culture by having very few meetings and giving engineers a broad scope of responsibility.

Responsibilities
- First week: Day 1: push your first PR to production Understand the core problems Hadrius solves, our ICP, our value proposition, the Hadrius platform, pricing structure, and roadmap Learn the Hadrius way: how we work and build for hyper growth Get up to speed on the codebase and our existing AI efforts First month: Deploy 2-3 meaningful improvements to our AI experiences Own the AI architecture for the entire Hadrius product First 3 months & beyond: Pioneering and guiding AI efforts Continuing to develop the above skillset, paying special attention to scaling challenges as we bring on more and more clients Hiring and mentoring new team members About You Exceptionally skilled: You are highly competent as an engineer, coming from 1,000s of hours of practice.
- Engineer first, data scientist second: You’ll should be comfortable shipping production ready backend python code.
- Coachable: Open to learning the Hadrius way and raising the bar while you’re at it.
- Grit: You’re consistently the hardest working person on your team.

- Autonomy: Exercise a high-degree of autonomy and technical authority Qualifications 6+ years of engineering experience Built and deployed agentic experiences, owning everything from logging, labeling, evals and the like, end to end Clear communicator with a penchant for solving problems Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field Nice to haves: Experience applying ML to regtech / legal space Benefits 401k (100% match up to 6%) Healthcare, dental, vision, etc
