MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
* 4 years of experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, developer
content creation, or software engineering with a public-facing component.
* Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
* 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,
sales finance, and other stakeholders.
* 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic
marketing, business operations, consulting).
* 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical
presentations to senior leadership.
* 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
* 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical
leadership.

In this role, you will
- work cross-functionally to guide products from conception
- to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down
- complex problems into steps that drive product development.

- Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers,
- marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to
- the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the
- execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging,
- promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
- The team drives developer awareness, adoption, and advocacy for Google Cloud's
- AI and agent platform. We create the content, programs, and moments that turn
- product capabilities into developer mindshare. Our work spans social media
- strategy, launch amplification, developer hackathons, influencer programs, and
- open-source community engagement, all with the goal of making Google Cloud AI
- the platform developers choose first.

- Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
- experience, and relevant education or training.
- US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- * Define and execute the social media strategy for Cloud AI developer audiences
- across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube).
- * Deliver same-day launch amplification content (e.g., working demos, technical
- threads, blog posts) for all major Cloud AI product launches.
- * Build and grow the Cloud AI Influencer Program, onboarding external developer
- voices and driving co-created content (e.g., blogs, videos, demos).
- * Drive GitHub ecosystem growth through sample repos, reference
- implementations, and community engagement.
- * Lead and execute large-scale developer hackathons and challenges (e.g., AI
- Agent Challenge, Advent of Agents, Gemini Enterprise Agent Ready Challenge)
- to capture developer mindshare and drive platform adoption.
