What will you do at Google?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or
other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience programming with Python or Java, and experience with
SQL queries and database development.
* 8 years of experience designing and implementing modern data architectures
for enterprise-level data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field or
equivalent practical experience.
* Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and
their specific data requirements.
* Familiarity with established data governance frameworks and best practices
for ethical AI and data privacy.
ABOUT THE JOB:
You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software
development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support,
and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will
work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional
specs/prototypes as input. You are empowered to act like an owner, take action

You will collaborate extensively with enterprise data architects and application
engineers, build robust data pipelines, governance frameworks, and automations
to optimize our data ecosystem for machine learning applications.The Core team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the implementation of data foundations, including high-performance
models and reliable pipelines for real estate functions, to optimize data for
artificial intelligence consumption.
* Design modern, automated data pipelines to extract data from various internal
and external sources while ensuring high-quality, consistency, and structural
integrity.
* Set up modern cloud data lakehouses to support a complex ecosystem of
real-time streams, AI-ready datasets, and data-mesh architectures.
* Ensure the adoption of comprehensive data governance standards by
implementing data contracts and automated quality checks across all real
estate data assets.
* Design, build, and audit highly optimized SQL-based workflows and advanced
analytical queries in modern cloud data warehouses.
