MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in product management.
* 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
* Experience with video editing and creation tools.
* Experience launching generative AI-powered products.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
* 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical
presentations to executive leadership.
* 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
* 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,
sales finance, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will
- work cross-functionally to guide products from conception
- to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down
- complex problems into steps that drive product development.

- marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to

- execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging,
- promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
- We are transforming YouTube with new creation experiences and tools that are
- fun, inspiring, and make things possible only on YouTube and at its scale. We

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- * Own, deliver, and execute the strategy and roadmap for innovations and
- improvements for core media generation, user control and asset management,
- and user feedback experiences.
- * Drive the user experience strategy for integrating the latest Google DeepMind
- models into YouTube Shorts creation pipelines, ensuring accessible and
- intuitive model controls.
- * Architect the native integration of classic creation tools (such as trimming,
- stitching, and manual editing) with generative AI workflows to solve
- real-world creator friction.
- * Define the metrics to measure media generation performance in production and
- collaborate with partner teams to establish a shared understanding of success
- metrics.
- * Partner with teams across YouTube to define new use cases for generative
- media creation, and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Trust and Safety, and
- GTM on user feedback, controls, and asset management.
