MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* 3 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
* 2 years of experience in developing or working with consumer-facing software
products.
* 2 years of experience building and shipping consumer apps or related
experiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
* Experience developing software that spans consumer electronics hardware or
multiple ecosystem device form factors.
* Experience with onboarding funnels, growth loops, activation metrics, or
hardware-to-software initialization experiences.
* Experience building products featuring machine learning, computer vision,
spatial tracking, or interactive AI agent features.
* Experience with product craft, with the ability to develop seamless
experiences in XR.

In this role, you will
- work cross-functionally to guide products from conception
- to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down
- complex problems into steps that drive product development.

- Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers,
- marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to
- the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the
- execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging,
- promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
- The Android XR team is a group of experts tasked with building Google's next
- generation computing platform of extended reality devices, the helpful
- applications and services that deliver user value, and the underlying
- technologies that will enable the ecosystem. The team is focused on making
- immersive computing accessible to users through mobile and XR devices, and our
- scope continues to grow and evolve.

- team is at the forefront of the next major leap – the convergence of AI and XR.

- experiences.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related
- skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- * Define long-term, AI-forward core application roadmaps and comprehensive PRDs
- that establish benchmarks for platform quality.
- * Partner with UX, research, and technical teams to design intuitive spatial
- onboarding, calibration, and configuration experiences.
- * Lead cross-functional alignment across internal software, platform, and
- infrastructure teams to ensure a secure, cohesive setup journey.
- * Define success metrics to optimize activation rates while building flexible
- platform strategies that adapt across XR devices.
- * Own the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE), guided setup, and device onboarding
- flows from early concept through launch.
