What will you do at Google?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
* 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
* 3 years managing and developing consumer-facing mobile or AI-driven UX
products.
* Experience leading Product Management (PM) teams (e.g., people management).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,
sales finance, and other stakeholders.
* 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical
presentations to executive leadership.
* Experience building products that are focused on consumer behavior, audio
design, and conversational user interfaces.
* Experience balancing consumer reach with infrastructure constraints (e.g.,
cost, latency, and model optimization).
* Familiarity with modern machine learning, audio models (ASR, text-to-speech),
LLMs, and foundational models (such as Gemini).

- to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down

- help make interacting with Google Search as natural as
- talking to a human. By fusing Gemini audio intelligence with consumer design,
- you will help users turn thoughts into interactive conversations and navigate
- Google Search.In Google Search, we're reimagining what it means to search for
- information – any way and anywhere. To do that, we need to solve complex
- engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a
- universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely

- US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- * Lead the end-to-end product goal, streamlining and integration of Search
- microphones and Search Live into a cohesive, simplified consumer experience
- within main Search.
- * Evolve the Voice Search stack away from legacy auto-endpointing to support
- natural, long-form queries, multimodal inputs, and advanced multilingual
- capabilities powered by Gemini models.
- * Scale Search Live to deliver deep, natural, proactive voice conversations and
- educational use cases backed by on-screen visuals.
- * Partner closely with Gemini research and engineering teams to translate
- cutting-edge AI breakthroughs into production-grade consumer features while
- balancing scale, cost, and latency.
