BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK

The Senior Network Engineer III leads all technical efforts concerning planning,

development, implementation, problem resolution, and administration of MACC-TTE

networks. This position serves as the primary technical expert regarding network

system policy and short/long-range planning, defining future roadmaps, and

making strategic recommendations based on alternative analyses.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* Minimum 10 years of experience in the configuration and operation of cyber

range or computer testbed environments.

* Expertise in designing and configuring computer networks including routing,

switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and VLANs utilizing bare-metal and

virtualized systems.

* Proven experience providing enterprise network engineering and support for a

distributed test range facility, including creating and planning

policies/procedures.

* Direct experience configuring and managing specialized Department of Defense

nodes, such as the Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) node among

others.

DESIRED SKILLS & PREFERENCES

* Experience working with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 2G, 3G,

4G, and 5G wireless technologies to support range wireless networks.

* Strong ability to execute complex assignments pertaining to strategic goals,

infrastructure roadmaps, and policy requirements for the program.
