What will you do at Formulary Financial?

https://www.formulary.co/careers/ops/chief-of-staff The Chief of Staff works directly with our CEO on the most strategic initiatives across the business—fundraising, GTM, product prioritization, operations, and hiring. This is not a scoped, execution-only seat. You will sit in the room for the decisions that shape the company, own projects end-to-end, and build the judgment to eventually run a function of your own.

We're looking for someone who wants maximum exposure to how an early-stage company is actually built, and who has the drive and track record to earn trust with ambiguity from day one.
