What You Will DoDesign, develop and unit test Forescout eyeSight product features to develop new functionality, improving product capability and enhancing customer experienceWork with senior technical leaders and product management team to contribute to product use cases and roadmap definitionWork with QA, technical publication, support, and other teams to ensure high-quality end-to-end product deliveryMentor junior members on the development teamRapidly learn, evaluate and explain emerging security technologiesWhat You Bring To ForescoutBachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related field2+ years of industry experience developing software, preferably with Java2+ years delivering production software with experience designing, implementing, testing, documenting, and delivering enterprise-grade softwareHands-on experience with Java and Python preferred or a mix of at least two languages including Java, C/C++, Perl, Python, and JavaScriptExperience with Linux, Windows and macOS environments with a strong preference for Linux experienceNetworking knowledge including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, SSH, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and related networking protocols with solid understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models, network security concepts, packet analysis, troubleshooting methodologies, and enterprise network architectures, with experience diagnosing connectivity issues and integrating distributed systems across on-premises and cloud environments - is highly desirableWorking knowledge of multiple security product categories highly desirable including SIEM, UEBA, CASB, VA, NGFW, ATD, PAM and EMMExperience designing and shipping end-to-end AI solutionsTeam player who has a "get stuff done" approach with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent communications skillsWhat Forescout Offers YouCompetitive compensation and benefits – we cover 85% of employee and dependents’ benefits premiums (US only), 401K match, generous PTO policy, and much moreCollaborative and innovative environment – make an impact on worldwide security while working on the hottest technologyLeadership that supports and encourages professional growth and developmentWant a glimpse of Life @ Forescout?
