In this position...

The Dealer Tools Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead

the modernization of the Variable Marketing & Incentives AI platform and its

supporting toolset. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy from

early discovery and journey mapping through roadmap development and delivery

execution. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders,

dealers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities,

define solutions, and drive end-to-end execution across a complex, high-impact

product domain.

Although this is classified as a remote position, candidates who are in

commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or

more days per week. We also have a strong preference for those living in

eastern or central time zones.
