Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. Job Title Senior Full Stack Engineer, Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will

• drive the design and development of complex software systems, provide technical leadership, and drive innovation within the organization.
• Our ideal candidate is passionate about designing solutions!
• We are looking for a self-starter whom is able to work well with different collaborators including business partners, architects, systems analysts, engineers, and tech leads.
• The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of development experience.
• High proficiency in Java, Javascript, and a fundamental understanding of software design, data structures and algorithms is required.
• Experience with the Angular and Spring Boot framework, Restful APIs, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, Terraform, Docker, Jenkins Core, and Datadog.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and parse business logic into technical requirements, experienced in an agile scrum environment.
• Leadership and mentorship experience, providing insightful peer reviews for code changes.
• Background in building technologies consumed by other developers and integrators, crafting user documentation.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
