We define financial parameters, resolve compliance issues, and develop better tools to manage and report data.

Partnering with teams like Legal, Operations, and Brand Partnerships, we ensure every project is accounted for and every number tells the right story.<h4>Join us if you want to ensure financial excellence, useinnovative reporting tools, and provide the transparent insights that support our rapid global growth.</h4><h4> </h4><h4>The Role</h4><h4>We’re looking for an amazing Sr Accounting Spealist who is super organized and proactive.

Working in that position at Fever is the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced company. You will be responsible for the full accounting global scope with a mission to improve the tools and the quality of accounting processes.  </h4>What You’ll Do<ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Book-keeping of monthly transactions</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Reporting and controlling of entities expenses reviewing its correct coding within the accounting records</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Reconciliation of monthly revenues and reconciliation with payment processors</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Approve large financial transactions</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to financial audit processes</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in and support various projects and continuous improvement efforts across the Accounting function</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage relationships with external accounting service providers to make the accounting function as accurate and agile as possible</li></ul><h4> </h4><h4>Who You Are</h4><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree or Master in Finance, Accounting or relevant field</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">+3 or more of years experience within audit, accounting or similar functions (experience in audit is a plus).</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with LATAM countries</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in Navision Business Central</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Fluent English</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Other languages are a plus</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Proactive, self-starter, able to communicate clearly both internally and externally</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Rigorous and meticulous</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Autonomous and organised</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Team player</li></ul>Why You’ll Love It Here<ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Attractive compensation package to reward your contributions and growth.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Flexible remuneration with Cobee: meals, transport, training, and nursery support (tax-exempt).</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Payflow: option to access part of your salary in advance.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Taxdown: help optimizing and filing your taxes.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Private health & dental insurance with Cigna: 100% covered by Fever.
