Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</div>Turn data into the strategy that moves millions of tickets.At Fever, we help millions of people discover the best experiences in their city — and the Distribution team takes those experiences beyond Fever's own channels, partnering with resellers to reach new audiences (think travelers looking for the perfect thing to do).

We grow that business market by market, and we do it data-first.That's where you come in. In Revenue Operations, you'll own the numbers behind our distribution strategy end-to-end: you decide which products we push, where, and how — and you have the analytical firepower and business judgment to back it up.What You´ll Do<ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Own distribution performance analysis end-to-end: from defining the KPIs to building the dashboards to turning them into strategy.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Build your own dashboards and single source of truth (by product, vertical, partner, geography) to shape where we grow next.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Size and prioritize channels, build revenue models, and design go-to-market plans for new platforms and partnerships.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Scope, run, and analyze experiments (pricing, marketing spend, discounting) and turn insights into playbooks and roadmaps.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Diagnose how we work and re-focus the team on the highest-ROI opportunities.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with external resellers and internal teams (Supply, Product, Marketing) across 40+ countries to scale incremental revenue.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Engineering background — a must.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">3–5 years in analytics, growth, or strategy in high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong business and commercial acumen: you connect data to revenue impact and can defend a strategy to stakeholders, not just build a dashboard.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">A sharp analytical toolkit: experimentation/A-B testing, funnel and cohort analysis, unit economics and business-case modeling.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">SQL (basic knowledge required) and a track record of reliable, automated dashboards.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Process-improvement mindset and excellent stakeholder management — you influence without authority.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Fluent English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.</li></ul>Why You´ll Love It Here<ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">40% discount on all Fever events and experiences</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Home-office friendly</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Great work environment with an international team of talented people to work with!
