About DuploCloud

DuploCloud is an AI-native DevOps automation platform that delivers the AI DevOps Engineer, an always-on teammate that builds, secures, and manages cloud infrastructure. Instead of relying on scripts and fragmented tooling, DuploCloud uses agentic AI to execute real operational tasks across provisioning, compliance, Kubernetes, observability, and cost optimization.

Built on a unified automation layer with security and compliance embedded by design, DuploCloud abstracts complex Infrastructure as Code into a streamlined, self-service experience. Engineering teams move faster, reduce operational overhead, and scale without adding DevOps headcount.

Backed by Mayfield, WestBridge Capital and StepStone Group,, DuploCloud sits at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and security, helping modern teams deploy and operate with speed, safety, and confidence. It is a place where builders can work on meaningful AI infrastructure challenges, move quickly, and have real impact as the company scales.

About the role

DuploCloud is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our customer-facing engineering team, working at the intersection of cloud architecture, security, and hands-on implementation. In this role, you'll partner directly with customers to understand their applications and translate them into modern cloud infrastructure using the DuploCloud platform — from dockerizing apps still running on VMs to standing up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting.

You'll also help customers navigate compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST, and support them through security and InfoSec audits. A typical day might involve working through a customer's onboarding roadmap, troubleshooting a container deployment, and jumping on a call to walk a customer through their infrastructure setup. It's a fast-paced, high-exposure role for someone excited to build broad DevOps expertise while making a direct impact on customers' cloud journeys.

Schedule: Our team supports customers around the clock, so this role includes a rotating schedule for weekend and holiday coverage, shared fairly across the team.

You will be a strong fit for this role if you have experience…

Working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Using Kubernetes, ECS, or similar container orchestration technologies

Implementing cloud security constructs like IAM, security groups, GuardDuty, WAF, Security Hub, and vulnerability scanning

Working with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Jenkins

Interfacing directly with customers to guide them through technical implementations

Supporting customers through onboarding, infrastructure transformation, or similar structured engagement processes

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of cloud architecture, infrastructure, or DevOps experience

  • Deep understanding of cloud security constructs like IAM, SG, GuardDuty, penetration tests, WAF, Security Hub, intrusion detection, CVE, and vulnerability scanning
  • Technical and customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems (GitLab workflows, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus
  • Passion for helping customers with infrastructure transformation through a 2-3 month DuploCloud onboarding process

  • Availability for a rotating on-call schedule covering weekends and holidays, shared across the team
