Lead Mobile Engineer

What we're looking for: We need a strong React Native engineer with experience building mobile applications from the ground up (0 to 1) who can own our entire mobile platform end to end. You should be comfortable working autonomously without supervision, have a track record of shipping high-performance apps through the App Store/Play Store, and bring some technical leadership experience (mentoring or leading 1-2 engineers).

Bonus points if you've worked at a neobank, fintech, or platform company with a clean, enterprise-grade design language.

What you'll do: Own the entire mobile application from architecture through App Store/Play Store release, building on React Native + Expo from a bare-bones beta into a robust product Make critical architectural decisions — feature selection, performance trade-offs, and UX patterns — for what will be the first ERP software ported to mobile Ship production iOS and Android features daily, turning Figma designs into fast, polished components with smooth animations and clean API integration Establish the mobile design system foundations, working alongside product designers to define clean design primitives, hero bars, rounded UI elements, and intuitive navigation Own the full release pipeline with Expo + EAS, including store submissions, provisioning, and deployment Collaborate directly with the Head of Engineering and co-founders, as well as talk to customers to understand what they need from the mobile experience Lay the groundwork for AI agent integration within the mobile app as the product matures Grow into a technical leadership role, eventually building and leading a mobile engineering team as the platform scales
