You will work on cross-functional projects, analyse operational and commercial performance, and help identify opportunities to unlock growth and efficiency.This internship is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to turn insights into action.

You will gain hands-on exposure to the different moving parts of a fast-growing tech company while working closely with commercial, strategy, and operational teams.You will work from our Brussels office, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.ResponsibilitiesSupport the commercial strategy team with data analysis and business performance deep-divesHelp identify growth opportunities and operational improvements through data-backed insightsAssist in building and improving internal tools, processes, and reporting frameworksCollaborate with local and HQ teams on strategic initiatives and new product rolloutsWork closely with sales and commercial teams to support performance tracking and executionPartner with other markets to share learnings and best practicesContribute to projects that improve restaurant and partner operationsRequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable recommendationsCurious mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quoStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsInterest in the food delivery, retail, or tech industry is a plusFluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong advantageProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or data visualisation tools are a plusBenefitsA unique opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company transforming the food delivery landscapeHands-on experience working on strategic and commercial projects with real impactLearn from talented and passionate colleagues in an international environmentFlexible hybrid working modelCompetitive internship compensation and benefitsDeliveroo perksFun team culture and lots of delicious food!
