What You’ll Do
- You will work with drivers, customers and service providers to handle large-scale maintenance and repairs.
- You will: Manage the day-to-day operational needs of any major events, including high dollar-amount repair approvals and serious situations such as accidents, police impounds and more.
- Ensure timely response for repairs and that any other customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly.
- Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
- Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
- Ensure customer protocol is being followed at the highest possible level.
- Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
Who You Are
- You’re a skilled multitasker and problem-solver who is eager to make an impact.
- Here’s what else we’re looking for: High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (logistics, transportation, automotive technology).
- The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as an advanced degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field At least 1 year of experience in previous role with Cox Fleet as a Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, word processing and email.
- Great communication skills by phone, email and in person.
- Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects.

Benefits
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
