About the role
What will you do at Confido?
Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands achieve their maximum performance on shelf. Brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue.
We have millions of ARR, best-in-class growth, and best in class efficiency. We’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the momentum and an unannounced Series B in August of 2026.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced PM to tackle some of our hardest challenges. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and CPG experts across the company, as well as GTM teams, to scale the business, and build features that benefit brands selling billions of dollars worth of products. Until now, product has been diffused across the team.
We were able to move very quickly while maintaining high context across both customers and our internal team. That said, product scope has increased quickly. We now sell an accounting automation platform, trade promotion management tool, sales forecasting tool and analytics platform; each one of these surface areas go deep and have single companies built around them.
There has become a clear need for a dedicated product leader in the company, so we are looking for our first Product Manager to join the team in-person.
Compensation
for the role will range between $235,000 and $275,000 + Benefits + Meaningful Equity (.075% - .125%).
Responsibilities

- Ideally B2B experience scaling from 0 → 1.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product experience at high growth tech company or founding experience Excellent verbal and written communication Highly detail-oriented Basic SQL knowledge or a willingness to learn
