What will you do at Concourse.ai?

We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff with 3-5 years of experience (startup) or 5-8 years (big tech) to build AI agents that power finance workflows for hundreds of enterprise customers. You'll join a small, flat team of ~12 working directly with the founders and co-lead of engineering, owning problems end-to-end from user discovery to production deployment. What will you be doing?

Building AI agents and agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and Python for enterprise finance use cases Designing and maintaining backend systems including database modeling, API endpoints, and data storage (Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis) Owning product areas end-to-end — engaging with designers, go-to-market, and customers to understand problems and ship solutions Building evaluation sets, tracing, and observability for AI agent performance Integrating with enterprise data sources (ERPs, banks, billing systems) and orchestrating communication between backend and AI services via Temporal
