Develops, edits, and maintains technical documentation supporting Federal IT infrastructure projects, telecommunications modernization initiatives, engineering documentation, standard operating procedures, installation guides, project reports, proposals, technical manuals, presentations, and customer deliverables.

Works directly with engineers, project managers, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure technical documentation accurately reflects project requirements, implementation activities, engineering standards, and contract deliverables.

Maintains document quality, consistency, version control, and compliance with Federal documentation standards while supporting proposal development and operational reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Experience supporting engineering or Federal IT infrastructure documentation preferred.
