What will you do at Citus Data?
Drive end-to-end business programs by defining objectives, success metrics, and operational plans that align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable impact. Own and maintain program rhythms, including reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews, using data and insights to measure performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, HR, Business Operations, and leadership teams to plan, execute, and scale strategic initiatives. Lead change management efforts by driving communications, stakeholder readiness, training, and adoption plans that support evolving business priorities and organizational goals. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement best practices that enhance program effectiveness and employee experience.
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including project planning, timelines, dependencies, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and executive communications. Leverage data-driven analysis, business insights, and customer feedback to inform decision-making, optimize existing programs, and recommend new program opportunities. Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and program collateral that influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and communicate business impact effectively.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
