Responsibilities
- </strong></p><ul><li>Support System I&T (Integration and Testing) to move product from assembly to ready for deployment</li><li>Conduct integration, verification, and testing in the lab or the field to ensure the system performs according to specifications</li><li>Debug, Trace, and correct faults in mechanical, electronic and software systems</li><li>Develop and document comprehensive test plans and procedures to enable efficient handoff of testing tasks to technicians</li><li>Develop efficient test plans, procedures, and test benches/suites to streamline the Integration & Test (I&T) process.</li><li>Identify tools and equipment required to support I&T and setup/program that equipment as necessary</li><li>Collaborate with LSE (Lead Systems Engineer) to create and execute test plans and procedures for lab, production and field</li><li>Work closely with the overall engineering team to understand the limitations and capabilities of the system</li><li>Support setup and configuration of system hardware components</li><li>Work 4-5 days per week out of our office in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California. </li></ul><p><strong>Minimum
Requirements
- </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or another related field or equivalent work experience</li><li>Experience in a technical role: Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>Demonstration of Integration & Test experience: Experience conducting integration and test or troubleshooting technical issues on complex systems</li><li>Familiarity with specific test equipment used in RF (Radio Frequency) Systems testing, like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.</li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail: A commitment to quality and a keen eye for catching errors</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred
