As a member of the Customer Support team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing, to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will also provide feedback to Research and Product Development teams and support new product Introductions to ensure successful deployment of new and improvements on existing products in the field.

In California, the estimated base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $160,000/year.
