Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 5+ years of experience to sit at the intersection of engineering, customer outcomes, and business strategy. You'll work side-by-side with clients and internal teams to solve highly complex technical challenges – designing, building, and shipping software solutions that drive real-world impact for healthcare providers.

This is a customer-obsessed engineering role where no two days look the same – one day you're writing code, the next you're on-site with a client translating a pain point into a deployed feature. Strong CS fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-bar environment are essential.

What you will be doing Designing and implementing technical solutions in the core product that align with client needs – fixing bugs, shipping features, and solving the most critical problems customers face across the platform Partnering directly with customers – building relationships with subject-matter experts, users, and executives, and clearly communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Translating ambiguous problem statements into requirements, implementation specs, and realistic timelines without explicit product requirements handed to you Supporting engineering efforts behind launching new practices for large customers – enabling integrations, developing features for new workflows, and deploying updates in real-time based on customer signal Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product management, and product engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and feed customer insights back into the product roadmap
