The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced and collaborative mid-level Unity Software Developer to work with a team of Instructional Designers and 3D Media Developers in creating training content under the Navy Sailor 2025 Career Training Continuum (CTC) program. You’ll review detailed scenario scripts and build out complex PC Simulations.
Responsibilities
- Review Government Furnished Information
- Review scenarios scripts created by the Instructional Designers (ID)
- Support design meetings with subject matt er experts, IDs, and 3D Animators.
- Create Unity PC Simulations for complex systems.
- Work in a fast, dynamic production environment.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
- Desired candidate must live in Norfolk, VA or be willing to relocate to the area
- Expertise with Unity Pro.
- Experience with Autodesk 3D Max, 3D asset pipeline.
- Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
- Knowledge of C#, Object Oriented programming.
- Experience with Visual Studio.
- Experience with API development.
- Experience with memory allocation and space optimization (Unity Profiler).
- Experience with Universal Render Pipeline (URP).
- Knowledge of 3D assets pipeline.
- Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
- Desired:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

- There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
