What will you do at Bunkerhill Health?

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 1–6 years of experience to scope, build, and deploy AI agents directly inside major health systems like Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic. This is a founding-level, high-ownership role at a Series B startup that 30x'd revenue last year — you'll be the critical link between clinical stakeholders and a production AI platform that's already running across 6M patient records. What will you be doing?

Meet directly with physicians, hospital IT, and clinical champions to understand workflows and pain points Scope and translate loosely defined clinical ideas into concrete, production-ready AI agents on Carebricks Build and deploy agents end-to-end, including evals to ensure they're working as intended Ensure deployed use cases continue to deliver value — iterating on agents based on clinical guidelines and operational feedback Own the full loop: from a physician flagging something broken to the platform being fixed, in days
