Focusing on building fundamental Bitcoin infrastructure, Blockstream quickly grew into one of the leading technology power houses of the industry.First announced at the Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas in May, Blockstream Enterprise is a Bitcoin-focused software suite enabling banks, prime brokers and corporations to safely and securely custody Bitcoin and manage tokenization and treasury operations.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise product team in EMEA, to lead the ongoing development and adoption of our Enterprise solution in the EMEA region.What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):70% – Technical Product ManagementTranslate vision into actionable roadmap, own the product narrative and communicate effectively to all levels of the organizationEngage with engineering in technical conversations, understanding implications of technical decisions, and align Engineering work to product goalsLead project execution, anticipating and resolving roadblocks, coordinating the work of teammates, and clearly communicating goals and status with the organizationIdentify product opportunities, translating them into clear milestones and artefacts that align with Business Objectives30% – Discovery & ResearchSupport Continuous Discovery habits, engage in market and customer research, follow regulatory/market news, identify trendsConduct customer discovery workshops, document findings, translate insights into signals and identify gaps in the product roadmapDrive product requirements, drive product documentation and own the workstream, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business and Marketing teamsGather qualitative and quantitative data to be able to support or challenge product assumptions/feature requestsWhat We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment with a proven track record of delivering impactUnderstanding of blockchain-based technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycleExceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying complex technical conceptsComfort with the pace, scrappiness and dynamic environment within a growing startup.Workplace Lugano or Geneva, SwitzerlandExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsNice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):Prior work experience on Bitcoin-related productsExperience with other enterprise-focused crypto products and their application / adoption among businesses from the TradFi sectorDeep understanding of traditional financial systems, services & productsA holistic understanding of the major interoperable cash generating units within global money center banks: Commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage and asset managementPrior knowledge of Liquid and its role in the Bitcoin ecosystemLanguages: Russian and/or Ukrainian🔒 Stay Safe from Job ScamsAll official Blockstream communication will come from an @blockstream.com email address.
