What will you do at SAIC?
We're looking for a Cloud Engineer to join STG Delivery and grow their skills
across the full lifecycle of cloud infrastructure. This role is a great fit for
someone early in their cloud/infra career who's eager to learn, take on
increasing responsibility, and build a strong foundation for future growth. This
role is a hybrid opportunity and candidates must sit in Texas with the ability
to go onsite 2-3 days a week.
What You'll Do
- * Build and support — Help design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure
- under the guidance of senior team members.
- * Contribute to ownership — Take on well-scoped pieces of larger projects, with
- support from senior engineers as complexity increases.
- * Automate — Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipeline
- components to reduce manual work across the team.
- * Troubleshoot — Assist in diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues, and
- participate in incident response as part of the team.
- * Collaborate — Work with engineers across assigned programs to deliver
- solutions that meet technical and business needs.
- * Learn and grow — Actively develop your technical skills through pairing, code
- reviews, and hands-on project work.
- * Find your voice — Participate in architecture discussions and team planning,
- building toward more independent technical contributions over time.
