The Philadelphia office of Cozen O’Connor is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise across modern . NET development and the Microsoft AI ecosystem. This role combines traditional .
NET application development with the design and deployment of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services and Sharepoint Framework(SPFx). You will build and maintain full-stack . NET applications, develop Copilot Studio agents integrated, contribute to Azure OpenAI-powered workflows, and develop Sharepoint features that serve the firm’s legal professionals and staff.
The position sits within the Development Operations team and spans both the core application portfolio and an emerging AI services layer. This job is hybrid with three days a week in the office, and you must reside in the Philadelphia regional area.
