Job Description
This job is responsible for infrastructure tool/service designs within technical domains in accordance with architectural governance, standards and policies. Key responsibilities include facilitating deployment of tools/services by leading others in solution development, maintenance of templates, playbooks and automation used during implementation.
Job expectations include demonstrating expertise within technical domains, decomposing issues or objectives into work units, advancing efficient solution delivery practices, and promoting exceptional design, engineering and organizational practices.
Responsibilities
- Confirms that application and business requirements have been translated into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks to guide development and integration of technology solutions Contributes to the creation/selection of functional and non-functional product evaluation requirements within and across domains Reviews and may develop software solutions to address manual and repeatable work or inefficient processes Reviews and guides the evaluation of reference models, blueprints, playbooks and the execution of on-site evaluations of third-party products being considered for firm adoption Mentors and assists Infrastructure resources on infrastructure service along with application integration validation methods and tools to ensure that technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standards Promotes an inclusive and healthy working environment and help to resolve organizational impediments/blockers NonStop Technical Support - OS, Coldloads, Safeguard, TAL, FUP, PUP, SCF, Backups, Expand, Xypro: XAM, XAC, Compliance Pro Operational and Engineering Support role working on messaging middleware.
- Play a key role between Production and Development teams.
- Define, automate, and maintain support processes for data validation, entitlements integration, upgrades.
- Optimize existing solutions and architectures.
- Contribute to the design of resilient messaging architectures for low latency/high throughput use cases.
- Should be able to adopt new skills and willing to upgrade skill.
- Strong knowledge on Protocols such as TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, SSH, SFTP, etc.
- The candidates should be well versed in diagnosing issues and problems that arise in large multi-datacenter multi-tiered application environments.
- Provides subject matter expertise and consulting services on a range of technologies, contributing to the technology strategy for end-to-end engineering solutions and providing feedback to the architecture teams.
- Follows reference models, blueprints, and playbooks to ensure the design is compliant.
- Assists in translating business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policies.
- Assists Technical Analysts by ensuring system design technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standards.
- Develops software solutions to address manual and repeatable work or inefficient processes.

Qualifications
- 2- 4 years’ experience working in a UNIX/Linux production environment with hundreds of hosts Minimum 4 years’ experience programming in Perl, Python, Bash or any C derivative (C++, Java) 2 – 4 years’ Experience in data structures & databases (SQL & No SQL) HSM support - Utimaco and Futurex Should be able to coordinate with application and infrastructure teams during releases and implement the tasks.
- Assisting with tracking and managing vendor support tickets, and be able to work with a team to triage and resolve urgent production issues Experience with and participation in on-call support for the production environment.
- Experience with troubleshooting production applications.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Excellent documentation skills in MS Office, MS Visio and MS Project.
- Knowledge and experience should include: Linux Windows General Information Security concepts.

Qualifications
