This role is critical to accelerating Axle’s growth in France.We’re looking for a commercially sharp, highly autonomous operator to drive Axle’s commercial success in the French market.This is a role that spans both sales and go to market. You’ll be responsible for both winning new partners (OEMs, utilities, platforms, etc.) and making those partnerships succeed over time.This is a multifaceted, client-facing role with a strong technical component.
You will own the full commercial lifecycle and should be comfortable moving between strategic conversations, commercial negotiations, onboarding and account growth.You will speak native-level French and fluent English.
Other European languages will also be an asset.This role will own:Winning new businessGo-to-market strategy and executionClient onboarding and implementation supportAccount management and expansionWhat you will be doingOwning Axle’s commercial results for the French market (pipeline, revenue and partner success)Building and managing a strong pipeline of partners across key segments (OEMs, energy retailers, installers, platforms, etc.)
Owning new customer acquisition end-to-end, from first conversation through to commercial close, setting our partners up to generate meaningful revenueDriving go-to-market execution with partners, including value propositions, pricing considerations, customer segmentation and launch strategiesManaging post-implementation relationships with clients after go-live, driving continuous improvement and opportunity to deepen engagement or grow the accountActing as a conduit between partners and engineering teams creating fast, structured feedback loops that help translate field insights into meaningful product enhancementsBuilding and refine scalable sales and partner processes that support repeatable growth across different customer segmentsTracking performance, pipeline, and outcomes, using data to prioritise effort and continuously improve commercial effectivenessOperating with low structure and high ownership: remove friction, avoid bureaucracy, move fastWhat’s in it for youThis is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Compensation
is highly competitive and dependent on experience.We operate with a deliberately flat structure and aim to keep pay equitable across the company, with a 1:1 median ratio between founder and team compensation.Bi-annual retreats to strengthen team connection & shared purpose.You’ll be based in France.
