Description
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our design team, working closely with software engineers, product managers, and program managers to develop innovative solutions for the construction industry. You will lead the end-to-end design process, crafting user-centric experiences while ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms. Roles &
Responsibilities
- User-Centric Design Translate product requirements into engaging and intuitive user experiences.
- Own the design of products, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across our tools.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct quick user testing and gather feedback to refine designs iteratively.
- User Research & Insights Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
- Collaboration & Execution Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and program managers, to develop intuitive and user-friendly design solutions.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions, providing insights and feedback to enhance user experiences.
- Design System Contribution Maintain consistency in UI components by following and contributing to the existing design system.
- Ensure design scalability across different platforms while adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Communication Present design concepts to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve user experiences.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from problem definition to polished UI and thorough documentation.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Apply relevant insights to enhance design workflows and improve user experience.
Requirements
- & Qualification: Experience: 2+ years of industry experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Fine Art, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Portfolio: A compelling online portfolio demonstrating a range of user-centric design solutions and solid explanation.
- Skills: Exceptional visual design skills, strong conceptual thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
