Role Summary
Develop and maintain HPC infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, container platform) to support scalable, high-performance workloads across products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve HPC infrastructure (compute clusters, storage, networking stack)
- Deliver stable, scalable, and production-ready infrastructure platforms
- Improve system throughput, utilization, and reliability
- Build capabilities for resource management, scheduling, and isolation
- Enable containerization and cloud/on-prem hybrid deployments
- Implement system observability (metrics, logging, health monitoring)
- Identify and mitigate scalability limits, integration risks, and system-wide impact early
- Support product teams in onboarding, debugging, and performance tuning
- Core Skills
- Strong programming (C++/Python/Go or similar)
- HPC or distributed infrastructure experience (cluster, storage, networking)
- Kubernetes/container ecosystem, resource orchestration
- Performance tuning (CPU, memory, IO, network)
- Systems-level debugging and root cause analysis
- The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
- $147,750-221,625
- Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
- The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
