What will you do at Arca?

As a Member of Technical Staff focused on Platform, you'll own the foundation everything else runs on — the infrastructure, backend systems, and developer experience that let a 12-person team ship agents into a regulated, high-stakes wealth management domain without slowing down. Agents are the primary users of the system of record, operating at scale across every client, all the time. That puts unusual demands on the platform — reliability, cost, and performance aren't afterthoughts, they're the product.

You'll build core infrastructure and backend systems, safe execution environments for AI agents, developer tooling, and performance/cost optimization as Arca scales across multiple acquisitions this year.
