DESCRIPTION

The Personal Search Intelligence team develops and ships privacy-respecting,

cutting-edge AI features for Apple Intelligence, delivering exceptional

experiences to hundreds of millions of users worldwide. We are looking for an

experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and be part of this

mission.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied

Mathematics, or a related field Strong machine learning and deep learning

fundamentals Hands on experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt

optimization, and fine tuning of LLMs Hands on experience with automated

evaluation frameworks for agentic workflows Strong programming and software

engineering experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, C,

C++, Swift

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive experience with evaluation data and frameworks Extensive experience

with personal search Experience with large vision-language and multi-modal

foundation models
