Product Manager to define and drive new product initiatives that allow customers

to easily make secure purchases in stores, in apps and on the web.

DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will

  • work on both traditional and alternate payment
  • methods/flows, focusing on the Greater China market. You will closely
  • collaborate with Engineering, Business Development, Treasury, Legal, and many
  • other teams across Apple. You should combine technical proficiency, a strong
  • sense of user experience, tact and business insight. You should have phenomenal
  • presentation abilities and the ability to drive an impactful vision and
  • requirements that rally the team and delight customers.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in payments product management, with a focus on payments
  • orchestration and partner integrations. Ability to read, write, and communicate
  • fluently in Mandarin Chinese in a business environment. Strong technical
  • background with the ability to engage with engineering teams and understand
  • system-level tradeoffs. Fluency with payment ecosystem players' roles and
  • strategies (e.g., eWallets, Issuers, Acquirers). Familiarity with global
  • regulatory and mandate trends shaping payments (e.g., SCA, tokenization), with
  • direct experience navigating China-specific operating requirements. Experience
  • leading cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, design, legal, etc.
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics, drive alignment, and communicate
  • effectively with senior leadership
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and deliver end-to-end payment projects
  • and experiences, from strategy through launch and iteration. Proven ability to
  • analyze payment data to drive decisions and find opportunities for
  • optimizations. Experience working across multiple product areas within a
  • platform or ecosystem. Track record of operational excellence — defining
  • processes, managing program execution, and delivering results with consistency
  • and rigor. BA/BS in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Passionate about user experience.
