About the role
What will you do at Apple?
Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is part of IS&T and delivers global-scale
platforms and services that keep Apple's operations secure and running. The team
manages identity, device security, and anti-abuse platforms — covering
everything from manufacturing and repairs to software updates and activations.
ETS also oversees supply chain, manufacturing, and partner integration
platforms, protecting data on more than 2.5 billion devices worldwide. When
Apple prepares for a global product launch, ETS owns the systems that ramp
factory production—managing serial numbers, network credentials, and verified
software. Are you an Engineering Manager with a passion for driving business
impact through data, who excels at turning partner relationships into high-value
analytics solutions? Do you thrive on understanding business challenges, shaping
strategic roadmaps, and connecting diverse teams to the right data capabilities?
Do you want to lead an energetic team critical to Apple's success? ETS-Insight
is looking for a Partner Success Engineering Manager who can lead and inspire a
high-performing team of engineers, build strong trust with partner leadership,
and translate complex data capabilities into tangible business outcomes in a
dynamic, high-energy environment. Your rock-solid integrity, leadership,
critical thinking, and ability to quantify business value are core competencies
here. Your strategic vision to guide partners, empower engineers, and align
technical solutions with real business problems is a key quality that makes our
team successful and fun!
