Here, you can grow your career, challenge what’s possible and work on technology that makes a measurable difference — for our customers, our communities and the planetWhat You’ll DoAs a key member of the Salesforce Team, you will:Provide day-to-day Salesforce support — investigating, analysing, and resolving user issues with a customer-focused approachMeet regularly with operational departments to provide status updates on work itemsManage the full lifecycle of enhancements and fixes — requirement gathering, solutioning, build, testing and deployment — ensuring changes are reliable and don't degrade existing functionalityWork within the change request process, ensuring adherence to team change control standardsSupport integrations and troubleshooting between Salesforce, External Client apps, and ERP systemsAct as liaison between users, vendors, and enablement teams to resolve complex issues and roll out new featuresCreate and maintain documentation for new processes and system updatesWhat You Bring3+ years as a Salesforce administrator (consulting experience a plus)Service Cloud experience desiredDegree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems a plusStrong problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressureExcellent customer management, and verbal/written communication skills; fluent English requiredJoin our mission for a sustainable future and enjoy these benefits:Health insurance for you and up to three dependents from Day 1Hybrid work setupConvenient shuttle serviceComplimentary on-site food and coffeeAllowances25 days of leaveAccess to a learning platform for skill training with progress trackingReady to Make an Impact?
