The Sr. PMT for Fleet Operations is responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and development of products that enable AeroVect’s Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) vehicles to operate safely and reliably at scale. This role will define and build the remote assistance infrastructure, dispatch systems, and fleet monitoring tooling that the AeroVect AGSE Service depends on to scale reliably.

This role requires a unique blend of user-centric product thinking, technical fluency, and strong communication skills to drive the creation of reliable and scalable fleet operations products. The PMT will translate the real-world needs of airline/airport customers and internal operators into a clear, prioritized product roadmap. The PMT is expected to decompose user needs into high-level system design and clear requirements that engineering teams can execute against.

Delivery against the roadmap will require strong cross-functional collaboration with UX, infrastructure, autonomy, and operations teams to ensure that products are intuitive and reliable.

You Will

Participate in system design discussions with Infrastructure teams - ensure technical architectures are aligned with product needs and operational realities

Work with Program Management to ensure roadmap commitments are tracked, blockers are surfaced early, and dependencies are known

Prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes to ensure efficient development

Provide cross-functional leadership

Serve as the primary Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert for Fleet Operations products

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority

We Prefer

Experience building teleoperations, remote assistance, or fleet management products

Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure
