About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Platform Engineer to join our growing team in Florham Park, NJ. In this role, you'll play a critical part in building, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our technology ecosystem. Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable platform infrastructure and internal developer tooling
Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability across cloud and on-premise environments
Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-level incidents, ensuring minimal downtime
Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
Maintain security and compliance standards across the platform environment

Requirements

3+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering (SRE)
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible
Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
