About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Network Engineer to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll play a critical part in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure to keep our operations running seamlessly. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure and architecture
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and reliability issues
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware
Ensure network security through access controls, VPNs, and firewall policy management
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades
Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
Evaluate and implement new networking technologies to improve performance and scalability

Requirements

3+ years of experience in network engineering or a related IT infrastructure role
Proficiency with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs)
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise networking equipment
Familiarity with network security tools, firewalls, and VPN technologies
Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification preferred
